The JP Site ships worldwide. Once your payment is received, please allow up to 2-4 business days to process and package your order. After your order has been processed and packaged, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has been shipped please refer to the tracking info sent to you by email to track your package.

All returned (for store credit) or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
Online purchases made through the JP Site are valid for refund or exchange within 14 days of the order date. ALL SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. Items must be returned to Jabrae Purifoy in the same condition they were received in along with the pvc zipper bag packaging and all hangtags. If any of the above items are missing, your return will not be processed and the items will be shipped back to you.
PLEASE NOTE: When trying on the products, please be careful to refrain from transferring deodorant, makeup, perfume, and etc. onto the garments. If transfer occurs, the items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Store credits are valid for up to 30 days of the issue date. Any store credits that are not used in that time frame will no longer be eligible. Jabrae Purifoy is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returning or exchanging your order.
All returns and exchanges will be charged a $2 handling fee. For returns, the $2 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping fee of new items.
